I think we can all agree shopping is one of teens’ many favorite hobbies. The problem with this is a lot of times clothes and other items can be very expensive. What if I told you there was a place you could go with GOOD clothing for CHEAP. Down at the Rex Catalog Vintage thrift shop each month on the first Saturday beginning at 12pm they have a $15-20 fill up bag where you can pick whatever you want out of the pile. This last Saturday they did the $15 fill up bag AND everything in the store was $8. They had great clothes of all different types of styles. It’s great because there were a lot of people there that you could interact with and the environment was great, it wasn’t like a black friday sale where everyone is pushing each other out the way. The environment was packed out very early, because everyone wanted to get a look at the good stuff before anyone else got to it, so I would recommend going early if you want first dibs on everything!

The owners of the store were very nice and they were trying to make sure everyone was happy and satisfied. They had amazing customer service and people checking up on you. We should always take advantage of opportunities like this, because clothes can often be expensive and we don’t always have the money to buy a whole lot of things at once. As teens we often search for independence in what we do as well and buying our own stuff is a good way to show it. When you can get good quality clothes for that cheap it’s hard to pass up! They are also open on weekdays for anyone interested in going. I hope everyone can take advantage of the wonderful deals and prices this store has!
