As of 2022 44% of school systems report having at least one vacancy with more than half of those being due to teachers leaving the profession. At Red Apple EdCo we know how important teacher quality and retention are to student success. We believe that the path forward involves working with school systems to develop the teacher talent they have with an eye towards further growing their teacher workforce.

Leadership Development
We provide opportunities to stretch your professional practice and influence. Be prepared to be challenged and changed. This experience is best for teachers who are not new to the classroom and are looking for new learning as a personal and professional stepping stone.
Mentoring
We provide you with a one to one teacher mentor to help you grow no matter the stage of your teaching journey.
New Teacher Support
Specifically for new teachers, this program gives new teachers the fundamentals of classroom success.
