The education landscape has changed significantly post COVID19. At Red Apple Education, we are ready to meet the safety and security needs of our school partners. Using our research based rubric, we evaluate school system safety and make recommendations for improvement. Research shows that when parents are more involved at school, students are not only safer but high risk and disruptive behaviors decrease. When students are safe, teachers can teach and students can learn.
79% of parents rated teacher quality and school safety as very important when selecting a school.

Our process looks like this:
- 1. Safety Audit
- 2. Planning with school system partner to address gaps
- 3. Implementation support
- 4. Data monitoring
Safety Audit
We use our in-house rubric to take a thorough look at school system policy and practice. We conduct on the ground interviews, observations and collect internal and external stakeholder feedback. Using that data, we make targeted recommendations to help partners get the results they want.
Planning
Our team goes beyond recommendations to systems level strategic planning. We can help partners craft and monitor next steps so that school systems close safety gaps efficiently and effectively.
Implementation Support
Our team stands at the ready to co-lead professional development, design resources, and support with stakeholder buy-in. We get in the weeds and spread the messages needed to get everyone moving in the same direction.
Data Monitoring
We continue to monitor the efficacy of our planning long after the planning is done. Lean on us to report outcomes and make suggestions for system wide improvement.
As a result of our programming, our partners have experienced:
- Double digit decreases in students missing schools
- Double digit increases in parents engaging in programming
- Decreases in out of school suspensions overall
- New systems wide strategies for improvement that better align resources and allow partners a deeper impact
